• Lead, coach and motivate the store team.
• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Manage VIP client relationships and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain visual merchandising, grooming and store presentation standards.
• Support scheduling, stock replenishment and inventory audits.
• Help drive sales through promotions, events and digital clienteling tools.
• Maintain operational, health, safety and security standards.
✅ What you’ll bring:
• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or skincare.
• Spa experience to support the store’s spa offering.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in clienteling, stock management and retail operations.
