This opportunity suits someone who enjoys organized stock, accurate records and helping technicians and customers find what they need.
📦 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming parts deliveries.
• Locate and issue parts to service technicians.
• Assist with part lookups, pricing and availability.
• Keep stock labelled, organized and accessible.
• Support supplier orders, shipment tracking and backorder follow-up.
• Process returns and warranty claims.
• Maintain inventory records and carry out cycle counts.
• Keep the parts department clean and safe.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and components.
• Proficiency in inventory software or Dealership Management Systems (DMS).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication, customer service and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (approximately 23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
🌟 Previous automotive parts, warehouse or inventory experience is preferred—but not required.
