Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations within an airport duty-free environment. The role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient stock movement to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Store teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FEFO), minimize wastage, expiry, and damages.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while maintaining productivity and compliance.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
- Oversee the safe handling and storage of high-value and controlled products.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Ensure effective use of warehouse systems (ERP/WMS and related tools).
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, logistics, or airport environments.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
